I had a few leftover broccoli omelet cups in the freezer. Once we ran out of those, it was time to break out my go to sausage and egg “muffins”.
Boneless pork chops were on sale, BOGO this week. And because it’s an oldie but a goodie, I made a huge batch of shredded buffalo chicken for salads, and wraps. Last night, my sister and I had an impromptu dinner date at Surf Shack. Almost everything there is delish, but I love their taco salad.
Almond butter + celery = my favorite snack.
