I love a good brunch set-up. Really, I love brunch in general. It’s a laid back time, with good food, friends, and if you’re lucky, mimosas. I don’t want to spend all my time in the kitchen while everyone is enjoying their brunch, without me. I like to bake a make-ahead egg casserole and showcase a DIY Yogurt Bar – with delicious flavors, and loads of toppings. Then, my guests can make their own yogurt-y concoction, and I can sit back and relax! I recently discovered Liberté at my local Publix when it was on sale 10/$10 [snag an additional coupon for .20 off, here!]. We try and eat clean at Casa de Crews, and I felt good with the ingredients in Liberté’s product. As a treat, or for my DIY Yogurt Bar, I feel good serving Liberté. My own personal fave for the yogurt bar is mixing the Méditerranée Cappuccino yogurt with roasted pistachio seeds and fresh blueberries. It’s a creamy bowl of bold coffee flavors, crunchy seeds, and sweet, fresh blueberries!
