You guys…somehow, SOMEHOW we’re celebrating another wedding anniversary next month. But with an unemployed husband as we await the bar results, we’re thinking BIG on a budget for year six. It’s the first year we’ve had to get creative in celebrating, and we’ve both accepted the challenge.
Lucky for us, the night before our anniversary, Chillounge Night comes back to Tampa, at Curtis Hixon Park. One of my favorite spots in Tampa Bay, is Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. I’m there pretty much weekly; sometimes to meet up with a few co-workers for Zumba in the Park, sometimes to visit Tampa Theatre for a flick. Sometimes, Jason and I will walk the Riverwalk, starting at Curtis Hixon, until we get to the Sail Pavillion for a drink. This past weekend, we walked the park, and snapped some photos before grabbing breakfast at First Watch.
On April 8th, Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will transform again into the ultimate outdoor lounge under the stars. For the first time ever Chillounge Night presents on stage THREE live bands throughout the evening, a Fashion Show, Fireworks Display and a Brazilian Samba Parade.
More info, “The goal with each event is to create “A Night to Remember” for all attendees via the unique transformation of simple outdoor space into a magnificent relaxation lounge.
The combination of great entertainment, subtle lighting, 2 semi-trucks of chic outdoor furniture, and outstanding service staff creates the “Ultimate cool outdoor lounge experience”.
A variety of food and beverage option ensures the full conversion into a relaxed environment and sets this annual event night apart from other social gathering entertainment events. Chillounge Night provides a “one of a kind” opportunity to promote your brand and create an envious Business to Business communication platform.”
Food trucks, chic furniture under the stars with live entertainment, and adult bevvys…for Jason and I, this is the perfect way to celebrate our anniversary weekend, at one of our favorite spots in Tampa Bay.
I was given two tickets to this event in partnership with the Tampa Bay Bloggers. No other compensation was provided, and all opinions are my own.
