Homemade Apple Butter

Ingredients
  • 5 apples, cored and diced
  • ⅔ cup apple cider
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. To your slow-cooker, add all ingredients. Cover, and cook on high 4 hours, stirring halfway.
  2. Uncover and puree with an immersion blender, or food processor. Cook on high uncovered 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thick. Will make about 2 cups (30ish tbsp).
