My best friend and her boyfriend just took their relationship to the next level, and adopted a rescue pup this week. My dogs love the bestie as much as they love us. Seriously, all I have to do is say, “Where’s Aunt Amy?” and Gigi will go nuts looking for her!
We’ve been proud dog owners for almost five years now, and I love gifting fellow fur-parents with unique, and different presents for their new babies. Because we know this is really more for the parents anyway, right?
+ H2O4K9 Portable Dog Water Bottle (with travel bowl) – it gets so hot in Florida, and our dogs get thirsty fast on long walks! I love this water bottle’s design, and convenience
+ Pompeii Treat Tin – I mainly loves these treats because of the tin colors, but my pups loved the bacon treats.
+ Dog Toy Storage – Once you have dogs, they will have tons of squeaky toys! This storage bin is way overpriced, but I found a very similar one at Marshall’s for maybe $20? But any small toy storage is a good gift for new dog owners.
+ Custom Pet Watercolor – My friend, Kori Clark, has the cutest shop full of custom pet gifts! This past Christmas, I had her paint a portrait for Jason, and he loved it so much. She also offers custom mugs, and greeting cards. I love how personal, and unique this gift is!
+ BarkBox – when all else fails, I love sending a month’s supply from BarkBox! It’s a tad pricey, but it includes a lot, and I think it’s a nice little surprise to get in the mail.
