Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs
Serves: 12 halves
Light, low-carb, and packed with flavor. Buffalo Chicken Deviled Eggs are the perfect tailgate bite!
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled, cooled, peeled, and sliced in half
  • ¼ cup chicken, finely shredded or diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup Buffalo wing hot sauce (I like Frank's Red)
  • 2 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled - plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. From each egg, scoop the yolks, mash and mix with the mayo, hot sauce, chicken, spices, and blue cheese. Mix well. Add additional season, if needed.
  2. Place a tablespoon or so, of the mixture back into the holes left by the yolks in the eggs. Chill for 30 minutes, or more.
  3. Garnish with additional blue cheese, if desired.
