- 1 appple sliced and cored
- 1 handful fresh basil - enough for 12-15 apple slices
- 6-8 slices prosciutto - halved
- 4 ounces brie cheese - sliced about 1-inch thick
- a drizzle of balsamic glaze - or honey
Core and slice apple into flat ½ inch slices.
Layer with a basil leaf. and brie slice. Wrap prosciutto around each apple.
Drizzle with balsamic or honey and serve.
