- 5 apples - cored and diced
- ⅔ cup apple cider
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tablespoons cinnamon
To your slow-cooker, add all ingredients. Cover, and cook on high 4 hours, stirring halfway.
Uncover and puree with an immersion blender, or food processor. Cook on high uncovered 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thick. Will make about 2 cups (30ish tbsp).
