Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup almond milk - any milk will do
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt - I used 2% fat
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chai spice mix
  • optional toppings at serving: almonds or pecans - chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, extra maple syrup

Instructions

  • To a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chai spice and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.
  • Divide mix into two jars, and cover with a lid, or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
  • Grab and go, or add additional garnish before digging in!
