Ingredients

large cucumbers, spiralized, or cubed into ½-inch pieces

cups
watermelon, balled or cubed into ½-inch pieces
⅓
cup
feta cheese, crumbled
¼
cup
fresh mint leaves, sliced thin
Juice of 1 fresh lime
Instructions
To a large serving bowl, place cucumber noodles (or cubes), watermelon, feta cheese, and sliced mint. Toss to combine.
Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salad. Serve immediately.
