kale grapefruit salad
The perfect detox salad; hearty kale marinated in apple cider vinegar before being tossed with fresh grapefruit, sweet cranberries, and feta cheese.

Ingredients

cups
chopped kale
-
chop finely with kitchen shears
¼
apple cider vinegar
¼
cup
olive oil
-
or avocado oil
¼
cup
slivered almonds
¼
cup
dried cranberries
¼
cup
feta cheese
Instructions
To a medium bowl, marinate kale in apple cider vinegar and oil for 8-10 minutes. Mix well.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Serve and enjoy!
