Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped kale - chop finely with kitchen shears
  • ¼ apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup olive oil - or avocado oil
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup feta cheese

Instructions

  • To a medium bowl, marinate kale in apple cider vinegar and oil for 8-10 minutes. Mix well.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Serve and enjoy!
