- 1 lb fresh asparagus, ends trimmed and rinsed
- 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil, or melted ghee)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese shavings
Preheat oven to 425F.
To a large mixing bowl, add asparagus stalks, oil, salt, pepper, garlic and Parmesan cheese. Toss to combine.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line baking sheet with asparagus stalks in an even layer.
Roast for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
