Ingredients

  • 1 whole avocado, pit removed
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt - a 6-ounce container will work
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill spice
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Using a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse until smooth, and well combined. Season with additional salt, and pepper, to taste (if desired).

Notes

makes approx 2 cups (serving size is 2 tablespoons)
