nonstick cooking spray, for air fryer
avocado oil or olive oil spray
juice of 1/2 lemon, to garnish
Preheat air fryer to 350F.
While air fryer preheats, trim asparagus ends about a fourth of the way up. Wrap 3-4 asparagus stalks in one slice of salty prosciutto.
Place 3-4 bundles, depending on size to air fryer basket. Spritz with nonstick cooking spray. You may need to make in batches, depending on basket size.
Cook for 4-5 minutes, until prosciutto is crisp. Remove and squeeze fresh lemon juice over bundles, if desired.
