Pineapple-Celery Frozen Mojito

Fresh celery and frozen pineapple are blended together to make this Pineapple-Celery Frozen Mojito! This frothy mojito will be your new go-to summer drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups Dandy® celery, chopped - about 4 ribs of celery
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, muddled - or rolled between your hands to release oil
  • 1 cup white rum - or a clear tropical rum is also fine
  • 2 tablespoons honey, to taste - optional
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice - about 2 limes, juiced

Instructions

  • To a blender, add frozen pineapple, Dandy® celery, and mint. Pulse until smooth.
  • Add in rum, honey - if using, and fresh lime juice. Blend until frothy.
  • Pour into each glass and garnish with additional mint, lime wedge, pineapple and/or celery. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

To make as a mocktail:
To a blender, add pineapple, celery, mint, honey and lime juice. Blend until frothy. Serve and enjoy.
