Just 3-ingredients make for a spicy, tangy, creamy condiment that’s perfect to drizzle on just about anything! You only need sriracha sauce, mayo and a squeeze of lemon juice.
2-3tablespoonssriracha sauce - start with 2tbsp and add more, to taste
juice1/2 lemon, about 2 tablespoons - you can use water in a pinch
Instructions
To a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, sriracha sauce and lemon juice. Using a fork, whisk to combine until no lumps remain, and all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Store in an airtight container with a lid. Will keep in the refrigerator for 1-week.
Notes
serving size is 1 tablepsoon. Batch should make approx~ 20 tablespoons.
