sweet, red apple
sliced and cored

fresh basil

enough for 12-15 apple slices
6-8
slices
prosciutto

halved

brie cheese

sliced about 1-inch thick
a
drizzle
of balsamic glaze

or honey
Instructions
Core and slice apple into flat ½ inch slices.
Layer with a basil leaf. and brie slice. Wrap prosciutto around each apple.
Drizzle with balsamic or honey and serve.
