First, make bacon according to package directions. Once done, transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain excess fat. Once cool, chop using a chef's knife. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, cilantro. raw honey, celery salt, and salt, pepper together.
In a larger bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, bacon, and blueberries. Pour dressing over cabbage mix. Allow 1-4 hours to chill. Garnish with additional bacon, and blueberries if desired
