Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F.
To a plate, add almond meal. Add dried spices and Parmesan cheese, if using. Mix well.
To a separate bowl, whisk one egg and add to a bowl (use a bowl large enough to for pork chops).
Dip each pork chop into egg wash, and then coat in almond meal mixture. Once all four chops are breaded, refrigerate for 10-minutes before cooking.
Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Cook for 10-12 minutes on 370F, flipping once halfway through.

oven method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

To a parchment lined baking sheet, add your four breaded pork chops. Cook for 30 minutes, flipping half-way through.
STORAGE
TO STORE: Refrigerate leftover breaded pork chops in an airtight storage container for up to 3 days.
TO REHEAT: Warm up leftovers in the air fryer or oven at 350ºF, in the microwave, or in a skillet on the stovetop.
TO FREEZE: Freeze leftovers in an airtight, freezer-safe storage container for up to 3 months. Let the pork chops thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
