baby red potatoes, halved

can also use fingerlings

lbs
Brussels sprouts, halved
1- 13
ounce
package chicken sausage links, apple smoked

or any flavor you like

tablespoon
olive oil or avocado oil
1
tablespoon
garlic powder
1/2
tablespoon
paprika
1
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉. Toss halved veggies, and coined sausage with olive oil and spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Season with spices.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until veggies are fork tender and sausage is cooked through.
Serve and enjoy!
