easy chicken sausage and veggies made in the oven

Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby red potatoes, halved - can also use fingerlings
  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1- 13 ounce package chicken sausage links, apple smoked - or any flavor you like
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Toss halved veggies, and coined sausage with olive oil and spread in a single layer on a sheet pan. Season with spices.
  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through until veggies are fork tender and sausage is cooked through.
  • Serve and enjoy!
