4ouncesgoat cheese - softened to room temperature (I used Chavrie)
¼cupof pomegranate arils
raw honey - to drizzle (optional)
Instructions
Rinse and cut celery into two halves each and set aside. Using a butter knife, smear each celery half with softened goat cheese. Top with pomegranate arils.
Drizzle with honey, if desired. Serve immediately. Will make 12 servings.
