Crisp stalks of celery stuffed with tart and tangy goat cheese, drizzled with raw honey, and topped with pomegranate arils, a quick and festive party app that comes together in under 10 minutes!
I’ve always been a fan of stuffed celery; cream cheese is generally my drug of choice for these things, but stuffed celery with cream cheese doesn’t really scream, “elegant party appetizer!” and with fall coming up quick, I need a few go-to, quick party apps I can whip up in no time. If I need a quick and pretty party app, I know you do too.
Like Goat Cheese and Pomegranate Stuffed Celery. The most time consuming task for this entire recipe is letting the cheese soften at room temperature before spreading onto fresh, crispy stalks of celery. I love using the 1.25lb bag of Dandy celery to make this quick party app because the stalks are longer, and I can cut on a diagonal for presentation. The 8-ounce bag is my go to for party dips [like hummus!], but you do you, friend.
You could get fancy with your goat cheese and pipe it into your Dandy Celery, but also like does anyone care? I mean I like a pretty platter of food – and honestly, probably more so than most people, but if you’re looking for a casual bite to serve friends, I don’t think you need to get all that into it. Simple and pretty is more our style, right?
Celery is always in season [but seriously, you can go to the Dandy website and see where celery is in season, at what time of year], but we are in between pomegranate season at the moment, so if you can’t find fresh pomegranate, frozen arils [seeds] will also work! Just thaw overnight in your refrigerator before prepping.
You can make your plate of Goat Cheese and Pomegranate Stuffed Celery as-is, or drizzle with a bit of raw honey. If you’re living that keto life, or prefer your carbs from a cocktail, then omit the honey. But it really does look so pretty with that little drizzle.
P.S. The second Tuesday in September is National Ants on a Log Day, celebrate and download your free eBook: 24 Ways to Stuff Celery for extra inspo – I’m all about the Pear and Gorgonzola stuffed celery from the eBook. Happy snacking!

I LOVE goat cheese but I never would have thought to pair it with celery! I am going to have to try this one day. I love pairing it with something sweet too like the pomegranate.
