Prepare your grill for direct heat and preheat to medium heat (approximately 350-450F). Alternatively, you can use a skillet or grill pan on the stovetop.
While the grill preheats, gently blend ground turkey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried spices and a splash of Worcestershire sauce into a large mixing bowl.
Form each patty into a loose ball weighing approx 4-ounces press each patty down to a ¾-inch thickness, by about 4 ½-inches wide. If the turkey starts to stick to your hands, wet your hands with water.
On preheated grill over medium heat, place burgers 4 inches from heat source for 9-10 minutes per side (turning twice) and until fully cooked to 165 F.
Remove burgers from grill. Top each burger with whipped feta, and your favorite burger toppings!
