Ingredients

cup
rolled oats
½
cup
almond milk
-
any milk will do
½
cup
Greek yogurt
-
I used 2% fat
1
tablespoon
maple syrup
1
tablespoon
chai spice mix
optional toppings at serving: almonds or pecans

chia seeds, unsweetened coconut, extra maple syrup
Instructions
To a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chai spice and maple syrup. Mix well to combine.
Divide mix into two jars, and cover with a lid, or plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, up to overnight.
Grab and go, or add additional garnish before digging in!
