This spicy maple aioli is sweet, creamy, and a little spicy! Made with mayo, maple syrup, sriracha, and cinnamon, it’s perfect for dipping or drizzling

You know I love a good sriracha mayo! It’s one of my go-to condiments for dipping, drizzling, and adding a little extra flavor to just about anything. I’ve made plenty of homemade sauces over the years, and sometimes the simplest ingredients make the biggest difference.
For this Spicy Maple Aioli, I wanted to give my classic sriracha mayo a cozy fall twist. A little maple syrup and cinnamon add just the right amount of sweetness and warmth to balance the heat from the sriracha. It’s just as easy to make, but brings a whole new layer of flavor!
I especially love this sweet and spicy aioli with crispy French fries, roasted Brussels sprouts and chicken sausage, or homemade chicken tenders. It’s one of those easy sauces that makes even the simplest meal feel a little more special.

Traditional aioli is made from scratch, but I take a shortcut with store-bought mayo because we like to keep things simple around here! This spicy maple aioli comes together with just a handful of ingredients, and you can easily adjust the heat to your liking. I recommend starting with less sriracha sauce, and adding more to taste. A little goes a long way!

It doesn’t get much easier than this! Since we’re using store-bought mayo, there’s no need for any fancy equipment or extra prep. Just mix everything together, adjust the sweetness and heat to your liking, and you’re done! Store your spicy maple aioli in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1–2 weeks.

What to Serve with Spicy Maple Aioli
This sweet and spicy aioli is one of those sauces you’ll want to drizzle on just about everything! The combination of maple syrup, sriracha, and cinnamon pairs especially well with savory dishes, adding a little sweet heat to every bite.
Here are a few of my favorite ways to use it:
- French fries and sweet potato fries: Perfect for dipping! The maple flavor is especially good with crispy sweet potato fries.
- Crispy chicken tenders: Skip the usual dipping sauce and serve this alongside homemade air fryer chicken tenders.
- Roasted vegetables: Drizzle over roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, or carrots for a little extra flavor.
- Sheet pan dinners: I especially love this drizzled over my sheet pan chicken sausage with roasted potatoes and Brussels sprouts.
- Sandwiches, wraps, and burgers: Use it as a spread instead of plain mayo for an easy sweet and spicy upgrade.
