Deliciously sweet and refreshing, this Frozen Caramel and Coconut Blended Coffee is the perfect way to enjoy your favorite coffee shop bevvy from the comfort of your own home!

I always think fall is my favorite season until spring arrives, and then I know it’s actually spring I love the most. Temps are warming up, but it’s not so hot that I want to die (Florida Girl Probs), meaning I’ll happily hang outside, or we’ll end up at Curtis Hixon Park downtown to people watch, and enjoy the breeze on the water. Plus there are pretty spring blooms coming soon (hello, tulips!), and seasonal produce, which starts popping up in the store. Yep, I’m calling it; spring is my fave.
Oh! And the seasonal bevvys found at coffee shops. Those are always delicious in the spring too. Except that for the same price as a medium, or large drink, I can make a similar one at Casa de Crews, for a lot less. Like a Frozen Caramel and Coconut Blended Coffee.
I’m currently obsessed with the NEW Coffee-mate® Dessert Creamers – especially the Coconut Caramel Latte flavor. Coconut flavor makes me think tropical vacations, which makes me think about our honeymoon – our wedding anniversary is in April, so that’s always a happy memory.
I like to add a generous amount of the Coconut Caramel Latte Dessert Creamer to blend, and top with toasted coconut shreds, when time allows. A drizzle of caramel is never a bad idea either. This Frozen Caramel and Coconut Blended Coffee comes together in less than five minutes, which if we’re being honest here, is a lot less time than it would take to drive to your local coffee shop, order a similar blended drink, pay for said drink, and then wait to sip said drink.
Don’t get me wrong, I love going to coffee shops occasionally to enjoy an iced coffee, or frozen bevvy, but so does E V E R Y O N E else, which means it’s packed, and pricey, and then I’m kind of cranky, and it kills my vibe. And since I’ve just decided spring is my favorite, I don’t need to harsh my mellow anytime soon.
So for the most part, I’d rather pick up my Coffee-mate Creamers from Walmart, (find these new Dessert Creamers where you’d find your classic Coffee-mate refrigerated creamers!), have a few girlfriends over, and enjoy our time that way, instead. Blending a cup of freshly brewed coffee with lots of ice, and flavored Coffee-mate Creamers, is so easy, and inexpensive, that I don’t know why I don’t do it more often. It’s definitely something I look forward to on the weekends.
For everyday on-the-go, I’ll just add a splash of Coffee-mate Dessert Creamer (the Cookies & Cream and Toasted Marshmallow Mocha flavors are also not to be missed!) into my everyday morning coffee, and call it a day. But the weekends were made for thick, frothy and cold glasses of caffeinated goodness, like this Frozen Caramel and Coconut Blended Coffee.
My bestie just bought her first home, and they have a huge patio that we love to sit out back while our pups play on Saturdays (most Saturdays, anyway). Coffee is always on the menu, so even if we’re not whipping up coffee drinks in the blender, good coffee, with lots of flavor is a must for our weekly dates.
