Just 3-ingredients make for a spicy, tangy, creamy condiment that’s perfect to drizzle on just about anything! You only need sriracha sauce, mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice.

I am a sauce-girl through and through. A drizzle of ranch over fries and wings, cashew queso in a bowl or with chips, lemon tahini in a pita. A little sauce to elevate just about any dish makes it taste better, ya know?
This creamy sriracha sauce is another winning condiment! Perfect with fries, burgers, rice bowls like an egg roll bowl; anything you like to drizzle with a little tangy heat, and this sriracha mayo sauce fits the bill.

ingredients for this spicy mayo
You only need 3-ingredients to make a batch of creamy mayo sriracha sauce. It’s tangy, bright and has a slight kick – but it’s not too spicy, in my opinion. I like to add fresh lemon juice to thin the mayo and sriracha sauce so it’s easy to drizzle on anything you like.
- mayonnaise: the base of this creamy sriracha sauce. I like an avocado mayo, but use what you like.
- Sriracha sauce: tangy, bright and a little hot. Use any brand.
- lemon juice: to thin out the mayo and sriracha, and elevates the flavor. You can use water in a pinch.
Can I make this recipe dairy-free or egg-free?
Mayo is usually dairy-free, but to make sure it’s egg-free, you can use a vegan mayo substitute to make it dairy-free and egg-free. The flavor and texture will be very similar.
Can I make this mayo and sriracha sauce ahead of time?
This creamy condiment is a great make-ahead sauce! Store it in an airtight container with a lid (like a mason jar), in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Give it a quick stir before using.

Ways to use sriracha mayo sauce
This sauce is so tasty on burgers or sandwiches, fish tacos, sushi bowls or over a tuna roll bowl, salmon fried rice, grain bowls – like egg roll bowls, fries, and even as a dipping sauce for veggies – I love it over my sheet pan chicken sausage and veggies dinner.
